Identification	Her complete name is Dona Anindita. She is a shop    assistant. She lives at Jl. Melati no. 35 Cilacap. She works    at a shoe shop named “Italy”. It is only  about 200 metres  from her house.
Description	Dona is tall, slim and beautiful. She has bright skin. Her nose is pointed. She has cute lips and dimples on her cheeks. They make her smile more attractive.
Description	Miss Dona is a very diligent girl. Everyday she comes to the shop early. She is very kind and friendly, too. Therefore she has many friends and the customers of the shop are always glad to have her serving, too.

A descriptive text is a text used to describe a particular person, place, or thing.

 It usually uses the simple present tense and many adjectives.

The generic structures of a descriptive text are:

Ø  Identification : introduction of the thing, person, or place to be described.

Ø  Description     : descriptions of the parts, qualities, and characteristics of the thing, person, or place being discussed.

Identification	Mr. Ruli has a book shop in Cilacap. It is on Jl. Angsana. The name of the shop is Gita. It uses the name of his daughter, Gita Asmara.
Description	The shop is about ten times ten metres square. The wall is orange and it has two red rolling doors in front. At the back in the left corner there is a door, the way to enter other rooms of Mr.Ruli’s house. There is a long and big cupboard at the back of the shop with many open bookshelves. There are many kinds of books displayed on them. Another cupboard is on the right side of the shop. On the left side there is a table with a computer on it. It is used as the cashier where the customers pay the things they buy. In the middle of the shop there is a big oval bookshelf to display the new edited books. Another higher bookshelf is beside it on the left. It is used to display newspapers and tabloids. In front of the two bookshelves there is a long mirror cabinet to put other merchandises or stationeries such as writing and drawing books, pens, pencils, erasers, pencil cases, etc. The customers are free to choose the books, newspapers, and tabloids they want, but they must ask the shop assistants to help them if they want to buy the stationeries in the mirror cabinet.
Description	The situation of the shop is very comfortable because all the things are neat and tidy. Moreover, there are three shop assistants and a cashier who are very kind and friendly to the customers.
